Overview
PureGear is a Magento store selling cases, screen protection, chargers, cables and headphones for the latest iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. The work covered marketing integration, navigation fixes and new content pages on the live store.

Challenge
Shoppers find products by device and by category, so a broken main menu or category filter sends them straight to dead ends. At the same time, the newsletter signup needed to feed the marketing team’s email platform instead of sitting unused.

Solution
Klaviyo was integrated with the store so newsletter signups and shopper activity reach the marketing team’s lists and flows. The main menu, with its Shop by Device and Shop by Category dropdowns, was fixed so every link leads to the right place, the category filters were repaired so product lists narrow down correctly, and new store pages were created.
