Overview
TalentKonekt is a hiring platform focused on Filipino professionals. Employers can post jobs and find verified talent, while job seekers can discover roles — all on one site, with a separate experience for each side.
Challenge
A two-sided hiring platform has to serve two very different audiences at the same time: employers who want qualified candidates quickly, and professionals looking for the right role. Both need a clear path from their first visit.
Solution
The platform is built as a Laravel application with a role-aware home page that asks visitors whether they are hiring or looking for work, then shows people or roles first. SmartMatch AI shortlists candidates for employers, while search, job posting, pricing, and account dashboards support the rest of the hiring flow.
