Overview
Ticino Flat Booking is a private portal for Keys.Express, used by authorised employees to book flats in Ticino. Access is by invitation only.
Challenge
Flat bookings needed to stay private: only invited, authorised employees should be able to sign in, and everyone else should see nothing beyond a secure login screen.
Solution
Built on WordPress, the portal sits behind a branded, invitation-only login. Authorised employees sign in with their email or username and can reset a forgotten password, while the public only ever sees the sign-in page.
Key features
- Invitation-only access for authorised employees
- Sign-in with email or username
- Show-password toggle and password reset
